Thanks for posting this. It however doesn’t really answer some of the questions I posed earlier – namely how many workers will be required full time AFTER construction of the plant? And where will the power be sold (I thought I heard at one time that the power generated from this proposed plant may be sold south of the border – does anyone know if that is still the case?)
Vic, Approx. 100 full time workers and the 90mw is under contract to BC Hydro to be used here on the island.
Be a good idea if we could get commitments from any an all power producers in our area to supply Gold River with power at the BC Hydro rate ahead of all others.

Jerry, that would be a great idea but it’s illegal for anyone to sell power other than BC Hydro and Prince George power
