What a bummer! I liked it when we were old fashioned and we could call the doctors office and get a real person right away!
It is the modern world, Lynne, why get what you want done quickly and personally when you can have the joy of pushing 16 buttons and then waiting for someone to refer you to someone else, all the while some friendly “please don’t hang up” message repeats constantly in your ear??
Yes it is a little sad, but the savings they recieve on long distance can be put directly back int their budget. Which will benefit the community..
