As we all knew would happen, Gold River has immediately rallied in numerous ways to help and support the victims of the recent fire. Clothes, toys and donations have already been flowing in, and yesterday a car wash was held at the McCallister’s on Nimpkish Dr to raise money. (Thanks guys – my car has never looked so clean! You even got all the bugs! 
)
The Gold River Legion will also be holding two events this week with all proceeds going to help the fire victims.
Thursday July 22 @ 5:00pm - Burger night at the Legion
Friday July 23 @ 6:00pm – Friday night meat draw
Please come out and show your support! As always, non Legion members are welcome, but are asked to sign in at the door.
