Letter of Support for the proposed Gold River Energy-from–Waste Project

via Gold River Village Council:

In the next few months, BC’s Minister of Environment will make a decision that will affect whether or not the proposed Gold River Energy-from–Waste Project can be built.

You have an opportunity to send a message to the Minister.

The Village of Gold River invites members of the community to sign a Letter of Support for the project.   Add your signature to the letter by visiting the booth set up at the Village Square Plaza on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, July 20th to 22nd, 2010 between 10:00am and 2:00pm, OR at the Village Office during normal office hours, OR at the GIE/Covanta Open House to be held Wednesday, July 21, 2010 between 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the Community Centre.

Is there any chance that the Gold River Buzz could take digital signatures for those of us that are strongly in favour, but are unable to be in Gold River in the near future to sign?
