Retired Carpenter Looking for Rental

Retired single man looking for long term house rental in the gold river area. I am a non smoker with a well behaved golden retriever dog and we both love the great outdoors. I am open to any affordable house and as a retired carpenter I would be open to doing some renovation work if required. I can supply references if needed.
