THE BUZZ IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!!

Dear Business Owners, Community Service Representatives and interested Gold River Friends.

First off I would like to give my hugest thank you to the creator and mama of this fantastic community and business service Kyra Fiddler.  I am grateful and humbled that you would entrust me to carry on providing this service to Gold River.  We all know how much time, energy and love you put into it.

Of course some things will change, but in the beginning, things will continue much the same as it has for the duration of the buzz…if it isn’t broke don’t fix it!

Community Services and Non-Profits will continue to submit their events for free this includes:

• Non-commercial and non-Governmental notices
• Fundraisers
• Community group events/info
• Non-profit events/announcements
• Lost/Found
• Warm Fuzzies/Cold Pricklies
• Birthdays/Congratulations etc..

Business posts will be charged as follows:

Single post

$25-Main page and one other section if applicable

This will stay on site forever or until instructed to remove.

Shared on FB page

Banner ad

Linked to business site, FB page or link of your choice

Posts are limited to 3-4 posts per week.

Ads shared on FB page

$50/mth-Sidebar (see GR Deli, Hwy 28 on site)

$75/mth-Top banner (see Century 21)

The Buzz is eight years old as of August, and was receiving an average of 2000+ unique visitors per day. I’m pleased to say that most everyone in town (Gold River, Tsaxana and Tahsis) reads The Buzz, plus there are readers/visitors from all over the Island, BC, Canada, the US and even Europe and Asia! All posts/ads on the Buzz’s will be shared on the Facebook page which currently has over 1200 followers.
