Please be advised that effective May 10, 2016, there is a NEW After-Hours On-Call Medical Paging System in place.

To contact the After-Hours On-Call Medical Paging System, please dial the Gold River Health Clinic at 250-283-2626 and listen carefully as options have changed.

Press 5 to contact the After-Hours On-Call Medical Paging System, and follow the instructions to leave your name and telephone number.

Please note that as soon as you press 5 this will immediately alert the after-hours on-call staff. Speak clearly when you leave your name and telephone number.

Please try to avoid “hang-up” calls as staff will still be alerted, day or night, but will not know who to call back unless you leave your name and number. When the on-call staff receives your name and phone number they will return your call to discuss your need for urgent care after-hours.

If you do not receive a response after 20 minutes, please call again, and clearly leave your name and telephone number.

If you have an emergency that requires an ambulance, please call one by dialing 911.

Regular Health Clinic hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm, closed for statutory holidays.
